Vote.

I’m beyond the partisan bullshit, the hate ads, the scandals, the avoidance of the issues, the bad and misunderstood jokes, the political posturing, the premature assigning of Speaker of the House, the premature measuring of drapes in Congressional offices, the preachers hiring male prostitutes and purchasing crystal meth, the polls, the predictions, the 72-hour plans, the millions of dollars in wasted donations, the knocking on doors, the recorded phone messages, the flyers, the issues with electronic voting, the hanging chads, the Jack Abramoff ties, the knowledge of inappropriate conduct with pages, the independent voters, the independent candidates who are really Democrat, and the conservative Republican candidates who aren’t really conservative.

I’m way over John Kerry, George W, Donald Rumsfeld, Karl Rove, John Murtha, Bill Clinton, Hillary, Joe Lieberman, Conrad Burns, George Allen, Jim Webb, Martin O’Malley, Bob Ehrlich, Ben Cardin, Michael Steele, and every other candidate for office or political pundit talking smack and making predictions that are impossible to call with any accuracy. Regardless of the party.

Just vote on Tuesday. Make it happen, America, and then make it all go away. At least until Wednesday, when they start talking about ’08.

  1. I thought you were going to have an opinion on how John Kerry might have blown it for the Dems, and maybe how it’s in the back of the minds of every voter now.

And as far as predictions go, weren’t you the one just a couple of weeks ago predicting things were definitely going to happen? Now it’s “impossible to call”?

  2. uh, its sooo great how hillary doesnt even need a last name. just hillary. She’s the new madonna and im pretty sure the anti christ. and poor joe leiberman and ned lamont. if leiberman wins will he still be buds with the dems or sitting alone at the lunch table?

HA! I was thinking the same thing as I read that!
I also liked how Dave worded it as “misunderstood jokes”. Still wanting to defend a fellow Democrat… from quite a distance =)
