I need printer ink. I’ve been needing this for quite some time now, and I guess I’m just a bad procrastinator.

In part, admittedly, it had to do with the lack of funding. That’s changed now, and yet I have not purchased the ink yet.

We were at Wal*Mart by her mom’s this past weekend, and I could have purchased what we needed there. We passed on it because for one cartridge they were charging $40 (US). In Canada that’s a small fortune, I’m sure.

The plan is to go to BJ’s and get it there. They sell a pack with three color and two black cartridges for about $50.

Of course that means actually going there.

I’ve also become a really bad shopper. I used to be able to go to a store, get what I want, and leave. Now I wander around aimlessly, distracted by pretty colors.

I also need to get my car looked at. Last year I was getting 28 miles a gallon. Now I’m lucky to be getting 20, and I don’t know why. I don’t want to give it a tune-up or an oil change — let someone else do that. I just don’t have the time or patience for that anymore, and I would prefer someone I can sue if something goes wrong work on the car for me. I think it’s a wise investment.

Of course that means actually going there, too.

I wish I could just do everything I need to get done on the Internet. I was able to pay off a couple of bills, get my domain stuff taken care of, and check my bank balance online. If only I could do the same with my car and the printer ink (without getting raped up the ass price-wise) then that would be great.

Like sex…
