Over the past month, TDE quietly participated in a month-long blog-every-day project called NaBloPoMo. The basic theme was to write something at least once a day, every day, for the month of November.
It was a quiet production because, let’s face it, we do that all the time. I thought about doing some kind of linkage, maybe some site reviews… anything to promote the project.
I… I forgot.
With the Lil’ Moo here, work picking up, plus Thanksgiving, I kept putting it off. It’s a good project, with hundreds of bloggers getting together to put out at least one new entry a day for the month. So much diversity, so much sharing.
I read a couple of these sites and saw some people complaining about coming up with something interesting to write. Is it really that difficult?
I know I’ve had some problems with coming up with ideas, as have others, but in the end we triumph with… something. Whether it’s entertaining or not is not the point – just the idea that we give you, the TDE reader, something different to read each and every day, is enough.
With that said, is there anything you, the TDE reader, would like to see written about?

Congrats on making it for the nablowhatever. Um…. yea you are doing a great job so keep it up!
I don’t think I could write something every day. Mostly because I put so much pressure on myself to write interesting and fun posts. Not too good I think since that means I only blog like once a week.
Congrats for succeeding with that!
If I am in the mood to blog, I will. Since I quit playing World of Warcraft I’ve written every day. It really isn’t that hard. There’s always something to write about whether it’s about your daily life, or something that interests you, or something you’ve seen on the internet. Don’t tell me there is nothing to see on the internet. I don’t get it.
I feel that true writers don’t need prompting to write. It comes natural to them. That being said, in the beginning, 2000 or so, I used to write every day, except for December 1. Some days I’d write several times a day. Now it’s mere finding the time and the patience to sit down and type something up.
To answer your question: Write what you want. It’s your site, you paid for it, you’re creative.
