I hurt my back yesterday. I was leaning over the Lil’ Moo and all of a sudden it felt like something popped, tore, stretched, and twisted - all in one fell swoop.

I never felt anything like this in my entire life.

I massaged my back with hot, pulsing water and didn’t stress myself out for the rest of the day, but I have a hard time getting up from a seated position - and an even harder time lying down.

My hope is that it’s the equivalent of a Charlie horse in my back, and that re-hydrating myself will fix the problem, because that’s the extend of “health care” I can afford.
