Since you guys didn’t like my attempt at humor (I never claimed to be a comedian), I figure that it’s important to bring back some substance to my attack on the Republican Party. With a mere 8 days left until what is likely to be the most important mid-term elections in a lifetime, it is important that people understand the facts.

With that, I focus on immigration and homeland security, two of the biggest issues in this election. Republicans like to talk about how strong they are on these issues. What is the reality though? How many bills have been passed by the Republican-controlled Congress to deal with these issues?
