So this has been the first February in I don’t know how long where I’ve not been bombarded with Black History Month reminders and such. Don’t get me wrong, I do believe that we shouldn’t forget what happened, nor should we overlook the history and culture of anyone… I just don’t believe that Black History Month is what we need, nor does it sit well with me.

I’m at the Subway earlier grabbing a sammich dinner for me and the Lil’ Moo. Like a lot of Subways around here, it’s a combination store, with this one a combo gas station. And they have a lottery machine, where the Megaball tickets were being sold.
