She just told him what she had considered her deepest, darkest secret. In the total confidence of a guy she had more than a slight attraction to, she poured out the most painful experience she ever felt. She didn’t know what to expect, though the images of him running far and fast seemed prominent.
They sat in front of the dentist’s office, the empty parking lot by the train station just off the main drag in town. Cars whizzing by, the sound of the trains passing by, and any other signs of life were simply background noise. To him, there was nothing more than the sounds of her voice, the feel of her shoulders in his hands, and the comfort he was trying to give her.

I’ve been doing a little bit of tweaking over at K-IRB. Cosmetically, I think the new layout there makes it a little better to do what you want to do, which would be to listen, chat, or check the schedule out. On the broadcast end of it, I added a couple of new jingles and have been trying to get new music to air. I want to (again) phase out the non-rock and eventually add some new indy music to the format.
Speaking of web stuff, I’ve also been toying around with a couple of things over at Radio X. I want to get the show more exposure, so I’m trying a couple of weekly updates there. Maybe I can con see if Christie would do some kind of drunken update every weekend…

I find it upsetting to find out someone left their keys in their locked car.
I find it funny to see said someone try to open their car, only to realize it’s locked.
I find it hilarious to see the same person try again and again to open the same doors.
